Character's Full Name: William "Bill" Spencer Jr.
Face Claim: Don Diamont
Character's Likes/Dislikes: Likes: Power, money and loves his son. Dislikes: losing
Character's Personality: "Dollar Bill" Spencer is a cold and ruthless businessman. He's as tough as they come and will crush you if you challenge him and make you wish you were never born if you dare to cross him. On the other hand, when it comes to those he loves, he loves them deeply and will do anything for them, especially when it comes to protecting them. Absolutely anything.
Character's History:
*Bill receives 50% ownership of Spencer Publication and is named CEO along with his sister Karen
*He makes Spencer Publications a lot of money and helps Stephanie Forrester get revenge on Eric and Donna via "The Logan Chronicles"...then tries to make a deal with Donna to turn the tables on Stephanie.
*He meets and starts seeing Katie Logan
*He attempts to acquire Forrester Creations by blackmailing Eric after learning of Eric's plot to use identity theft to help illegal immigrants...and fails
*Donna tried to seduce Bill to test his intentions towards Katie and he resists Donna
*Bill pressures the bank to forclose on Forrester Creations and sell the company to him when they are unable to pay their loans on time. He promises to make Katie CEO...and he does
*Bill is blackmailed by Steffy into selling Forrester Creations to Ridge, Eric, Stephanie & Taylor when Steffy threatens to expose their brief affair while he was involved with Katie. He does so and hides the reason from Katie.
*Bill and Katie get married
*Bill helps Donna obtain Eric's shares in Forrester Creations as part of her divorce settlement from Eric, then buys the shares from Donna.
*Bill finds out that Liam Cooper is actually his son, William Spencer III...he bonds with Liam/William III with the encouragement of Katie
*When Bill found out that his son got Amber Moore pregnant (but not really...the test results were fixed), he plotted to get rid of Amber. When Amber falls over a railing presumably to her death thanks to a freak accident, Bill leaves her there to die. He is seen by Steffy who assumes he pushed her. He lets her know he didn't and Steffy starts making moves to win Bill over. Katie leaves Bill to sort things out after she learns of the incident and that he confided in Steffy and not her.

I got back to my office after watching the accident at the beach house. I left the light off as I walked over to my bar and poured myself a scotch before going to sit in my chair behind my desk. I thought about what I had witnesses. Sure I went to the beach house intending to get Amber Moore out of our lives forever. Out of my life and more importantly, out of my son's life. She was a threat to my son and I was not going to allow that to continue. Seems that nature took care of that for me and all I had to do was walk away. Yeah, there was a complication: Steffy. She showed up for some unknown reason and saw me there. I would have to make sure she didn't tell anyone that she saw me, cover my ass. I took a drink of my scotch as I remembered what happened and took a deep breath, staring out my window out over the lights of Los Angeles. The whole situation surprisingly left me a little shaken.
What in the hell was wrong with me? Dollar Bill Spencer didn't do shaken. He did rage, he did revenge...he did a lot of emotions but ones like shaken were emotions were emotions he didn't do. I knew that I just needed to get my head together, get a gameplan going and move on like I always did. Then my complication came in.
I never heard her knock, I didn't hear the door open or close or her footsteps on the floor as she approached. I didn't hear anything until I heard her voice as she spoke, asking me why I was sitting here alone in the dark. I turned my chair around so that I could face her.
"I'm glad you're here, Steffy. We need to talK", I told her a bit darkly. I had to talk to her about this eventually anyway, so now was as good a time as any. I just had to somehow convince her to keep her mouth shut about seeing me up at the house and about being up there altogether. The question was how.
